A neighbor filmed a terrifying shootout between Charlotte police and two gunmen in a blitz of bullets that left four officers dead and another four injured.
A livestream shared by Saing Chhoeun on Facebook shows two heavily armed cops taking cover behind a vehicle as they engage in a gun battle on Monday.
The video begins with the terrified neighbor seemingly locked outside his house and asking someone to let him in.
The officers repeatedly ask the neighbor to go inside the home, but he informs them he can't because he does not have the keys.
The shooting happened as four officers were serving a warrant for felon Terry Clark Hughes, who was wanted for possessing a firearm and shot dead in the gun battle.
Samuel 'Sam' Polche, William 'Alden' Elliot and Charlotte police officer Joshua Eyer died Monday following the horror shooting as they tried to serve warrant. Both Polche and Elliot were North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections officers working with the US Marshal's office.
The US Marshal killed in the attack has not been named.

Two Los Angeles police officers violated department rules on lethal force by shooting and killing a schizophrenic man who barricaded himself in a cramped kitchen as officers ordered him to drop his knife, the LAPD’s civilian Police Commission ruled Tuesday.
The decision marked the second time in recent weeks the commission found that city officers were not facing an imminent threat when they used force against someone in the throes of a mental health crisis.
Furthermore, officials concluded that the officers’ attempts in January to coax Takar Smith out of the kitchen were undermined by a combination of poor planning, questionable tactics and a disregard for protocols that direct officers to summon the department’s mental health unit for such occasions.
The incident came after Smith’s wife, Shameka, called police on Jan. 2 to report her husband had violated a restraining order by showing up at her apartment, where he grew violent.
She mentioned several times that he hadn’t been taking his medication to treat schizophrenia, but the information wasn’t relayed over a radio transmission dispatching officers to the scene. Rather, a dispatcher informed the responding officers that Smith said he intended to fight police.
By a 4-0 tally, the commission agreed with Chief Michel Moore’s findings that officers Joseph Zizzo and Nicolas Alejandre acted inappropriately when they fired a combined seven rounds at Smith, who used a pair of bikes to create a barrier between himself and police as he stood in the kitchen, holding a knife.
After officers shocked Smith several times with a Taser, he was knocked to his knees and lost control of the blade; officers opened fire when he picked up the knife again.
Moore agreed with an internal force review board that said Alejandre and his police partner, Audrey Lopez Alonzo, had “sufficient time to contact” the Mental Evaluation Unit, or MEU, which pairs officers with county social workers trained in de-escalating standoffs with people thought to be mentally ill.
Lopez Alonzo was a probationary officer at the time of the incident. Neither she nor Alejandre considered contacting the MEU, Moore said, nor did they relay information about Smith’s history of schizophrenia to the other responding officers, including Zizzo.
The layout of the small, cluttered apartment posed several tactical disadvantages for officers, according to the report. For one thing, they had little space to maneuver and find better cover, Moore wrote in the report. Still, Moore said he would’ve liked the officers to retreat, even briefly, so they could reevaluate the situation and come up with a better plan of action.
What punishment the officers will receive, if any, falls to Moore.

A 27-year-old heavyweight boxer died Thursday, three weeks after he suffered a vicious knockout loss that led to him being put in an induced coma in Miami.
Ardi Ndembo, who was a perfect 8-0 in his career, was brutally knocked out by his opponent, Nestor Santana, while competing in a Team Combat League fight on April 5 and was left unconscious in the ring for several minutes.
The father of two was placed in an induced coma in a Miami hospital and succumbed to the injuries on Thursday.

A YouTuber is lucky to be alive after crashing his paramotor when it flipped over and plummeted into the desert at 48mph.
Anthony Vella, 33, was testing a BGD Luna 3 in the Enchanted Rock State Park northwest of Austin, when it suddenly collapsed 85 to 100ft in the air.
He bravely shared the entire video of the crash and much of the half hour he spent lying on the ground in agony until paramedics reached his remote location.
Vella did not say in the intro to the footage, posted on Saturday, when the crash happened, but his previous video was posted eight days earlier.
The video began with him in his hospital bed where he is being treated for a fractured neck, back, and pelvis and a shattered right arm.
He explained that the crash was due to him missing a small pension knot during his checks before taking off.
Applying brakes to a fully accelerated glider collapses it, and a tension knot snagging has the same effect.
Vella showed the crash from three different angles as he fell to Earth and immediately screamed in pain from his serious injuries.
''Help me please, I crashed my flying machine,' he told a dispatcher after desperately asking Siri to call 911.
A Good Samaritan arrived within two minutes of the crash and his friend two minutes later, who pulled the paramotor off him.
The first one later explained they were working nearby and said he saw him fall out of the sky and ran over after calling an ambulance.
However, they mostly spoke Spanish so Vella had to keep talking to dispatcher between screams of pain.

The principal of a high school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been replaced and multiple employees have been put on administrative leave as the district investigates a drag queen show that took place during prom.
Earlier this week, the chief of Albuquerque Public Schools, Channell Segura, sent a letter to parents confirming the performance occurred during April 20's prom and said an investigation would determine how it happened and how it may have affected students.
